New Delhi: Actor Taapsee Pannu recently exchanged vows with her long-time beau, Mathias Boe, in a private ceremony held in Udaipur. According to reports from News18, the couple officially tied the knot on Saturday, March 23. The wedding festivities commenced earlier in the week, beginning on Wednesday, and were graced by the presence of their families and close circle of friends.

A source close to the couple revealed to News18, "The wedding ceremony took place in Udaipur and was an extremely intimate affair. The pre-wedding celebrations commenced on March 20. Taapsee and Mathias were adamant about maintaining privacy and avoiding media attention on their special day. Both of them are known for their reserved and private nature, and they were keen to keep it that way."

According to the report, the wedding of Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe saw limited attendance from Bollywood celebrities. News18 stated, "Taapsee’s Dobaaraa and Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati graced the occasion, alongside Anurag Kashyap, who shares a close bond with Taapsee and has directed her in films like Manmarziyaan and Dobaara, and produced Saand Ki Aankh. Both flew to Udaipur for the event." Kanika Dhillon and her husband, Himanshu Sharma, were also among the attendees.

Kanika recently shared several photos on Instagram, donning a pink and silver ensemble while posing outdoors. Her husband complemented her attire with a blue and white kurta, pyjama, and jacket. Captioning the post as "Keeping it peach #StyleWithKanika #MereYaarKiShaadi #HimanshuSharma #KanikaDhillon," the images appear to be from Taapsee's wedding festivities.

Pavail also took to Instagram, posting a photo featuring Taapsee’s sister Shagun Pannu, her cousin Evania Pannu, Abhilash Thapliyal, and badminton player Chirag Shetty. His caption, "Twinkle twinkle little star, we have no idea where we are!" prompted various comments, including one from Abhilash saying 'IYKYK,' indicating an inside joke. Another comment hinted at Mathias' wedding.

Recently, Taapsee graced the Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) as the showstopper for designers Gauri & Nainika, donning an elegant all-black velvet off-shoulder mermaid gown. Expressing her joy, she mentioned, "I am just happy that I got to work for them because I wore their outfits so many times. I felt like let me officially be a muse for once."

Fans eagerly await Taapsee's upcoming thriller film, Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, starring Vikrant Massey and Sunny Kaushal, alongside Jimmy Shergill. Serving as a sequel to Haseen Dilruba, the film is set to stream on Netflix, though an official release date is yet to be announced.
