New Delhi: Actor Sushmita Sen attended a Diwali celebration with her ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl, confirming their relationship, once again. The actor claims that even though they broke up in 2021, they are still friends. From attending the birthday parties of Sushmita's daughters to other events, Rohman and Sushmita were spotted numerous times on different occasions even after their split.
In a Diwali party video shared by a paparazzi, Sushmita and Rohman were seen happily posing for the cameras and striking some romantic poses. Wearing a black saree and minimal jewellery, Sushmita looked stunning. Rohman wore a green jacket with a white kurta-pyjama.
In another video, Rohman was seen supporting Sushmita when she walked in the saree by holding her hands. After flashing her timeless smile for the cameras, Sushmita posed for a picture with Rohman. She laughed during the photo shoot as he held her close. Later, Sushmita also posed alone for the cameras.
Fans of Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl couldn't stop talking about them on social media in response to their recent sighting. "Oo ho officially back together again," someone commented on the post in the comments area. “I wish you would get married to him ma'am. You both compliment each other so much,” added yet another.
Following a three-year relationship, Sushmita announced her breakup with Rohman Shawl in December 2021. In 2018, Rohman texted her on Instagram, bringing them together. She shared a photo of her with Rohman on social media to announce their breakup. “We began as friends, we remain friends!!! The relationship was long over… the love remains!"
Speaking about Sushmita, Rohman said earlier this year on Radio Mirchi, "Whatever she does she’s amazing and it’s a great learning to be around her. You can’t really fathom the amount of inspiration she just throws around, you just have to be around her. It’s not like on Instagram, she has that around her, you are in her presence and you feel, ‘so wow.”
On the work front, Sushmita Sen who has ben riding high on success, courtesy her recent release 'Taali', is gearing up for the third season of her critically acclaimed series 'Aarya 3.'
