Fashion designer-actor Masaba Gupta and actor Satyadeep Misra are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their baby in the coming weeks. The couple announced Masaba's pregnancy via an Instagram post in April. Recently, actor Sonam Kapoor and her sister, producer Rhea Kapoor, hosted a beautiful baby shower for Masaba at their father, actor Anil Kapoor's home in Mumbai.

Photos from Masaba's baby shower have surfaced online, showcasing a cozy and stylish celebration with a brown and beige color theme. The guest list included Masaba's close friends, as well as her mother, Neena Gupta, and soon-to-be father, Satyadeep Misra. Masaba looked radiant in a light brown gown, and most of the guests were dressed in shades of brown, beige, and cream.

A video from the event shows Neena Gupta giving a lighthearted speech, joking about the outfits of Masaba's friends and Satyadeep, who was seen laughing along. Numerous pictures of Masaba posing with Sonam, Rhea, and other friends were shared by guests on Instagram Stories. The party décor featured golden balloons, white flowers, and lush greenery. Resharing one of the photos with Sonam and Rhea, Masaba expressed her gratitude, writing, "Best hosts ever... got too lucky..."

Masaba and Satyadeep, who tied the knot in January last year, reportedly began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of her show, 'Masaba Masaba'. In April, they shared the news of their pregnancy with a joint Instagram post, featuring three images, one of which showed the couple seated on the floor. Masaba captioned the post, "In other news - two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love, blessings, and banana chips (plain salted ONLY)... baby on board... mom and dad."

 

Neena Gupta also shared the post on her Instagram feed, joyfully adding, "Humare bacchon ka baccha aane wala hai. Isse zyada khushi ki baat kya ho sakti hai (Our children are about to have a child. What could be a happier news?)."
