New Delhi: Sonali Bendre, who played the role of designer Rohit Bal in the unfinished film ‘Love You Humesha’, recently posted an emotional Instagram tribute to him. With the caption, "Gudda, known to everyone as a fantastic designer, but to me, he was also a co-actor in our film...," she shared a screen capture from the movie.
Sonali Bendre took to Instagram stories to share a picture with late designer Rohit Bal. His enthusiasm and charisma were clearly visible in the picture. Speaking on the project, Sonali reminisced, “He was a natural in front of the camera, and his energy was always fantastic. Though the movie never saw the light of day, it gave me beautiful memories and relationships that have lasted a lifetime- connections I still cherish today. Today, on his chautha, may his soul rest in peace."
As a heartfelt tribute, Arjun Rampal expressed his sadness by sharing a video collage of himself and the late Rohit Bal. In the caption, he wrote, “I will miss you so much my dearest Gudda. So many memories, so many laughs, tears but mostly joy. No words can describe you and your energy. Rest in Peace my brother. Will see you on the otherside. Thank you for everything. Love you."

Rohit Bal has been dealing with a heart ailment since last year. He passed away on Friday night in South Delhi. He was 63 years old. Under the supervision of Dr. Alok Chopra, Rohit Bal was admitted to Aashlok Hospital in Safdarjung Enclave. “He had a cardiac arrest... heart failure,” Sethi said while sharing the terrible news. "Rohit was a legend, we are completely shaken right now," he informed PTI.
