Suhana Khan Buys Beachfront Property In Alibaug Worth Rs 10 Crore - Reports

Suhana Khan, the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, has acquired another property in a coastal town near Mumbai in coastal Maharashtra, following her purchase of farmland in Alibaug last year.

New Delhi:  Suhana Khan, the daughter of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is making significant investments in the real estate sector. Following her purchase of farmland in Alibaug last year, the budding actress has acquired another property in a coastal town near Mumbai in coastal Maharashtra.

The newly acquired beach-facing property reportedly cost Suhana over Rs 10 crore, including stamp duty charges. According to a report by Economic Times, the property encompasses three structures on a land parcel spanning nearly 1.8 acres. The constructed structures boast carpet areas of 1,218 sq ft, 196 sq ft, and 120 sq ft, respectively. 

The transaction, registered on February 13, saw Suhana paying a stamp duty of Rs 57 lakh. This marks her second real estate investment in Alibaug, with her previous purchase being a 1.5-acre farmland in June 2023, costing Rs 12.91 crore. 

Despite not yet making her acting debut, Suhana has been proactive in the real estate market, even obtaining the status of an "agriculturist" for her farmland in Thal village, a short 12-minute drive from the centre of Alibaug town. 

The Khan family has a longstanding connection with Alibaug, using it as a retreat for years. Shah Rukh Khan owns a lavish sea-facing property in the area, frequently hosting gatherings for family and friends. The property features amenities such as a swimming pool and a helipad. On his 52nd birthday, the actor threw a grand celebration at the bungalow. 

On the work front
On the professional front, Suhana made her debut with Zoya Akhtar's film 'The Archies.' She is reportedly working on a film by filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, where Shah Rukh Khan is set to make an extended cameo appearance. 

Suhana Khan has been undergoing rigorous training sessions at Mannat for the film. Renowned international trainers are assisting in preparing both for the action-packed roles. “The training is happening at Mannat and she (Suhana) is accompanied by her father, Shah Rukh Khan too in certain practice sessions. Trainers of international repute are coming together to train Suhana and SRK, as King will explore a slightly raw form of action," Pinkvilla quoted its source as saying.

The film is aiming for release in 2025.
