Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has reportedly sold a residential apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West locality for ₹5.35 crore, according to property registration details accessed by Square Yards. The flat is housed in Shiv Asthan Heights, not far from the actor’s long-time residence at Galaxy Apartments.

The 1,318 sq ft apartment comes with three parking slots. The sale transaction, registered with stamp duty of ₹32.01 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000, marks yet another high-value real estate move by the actor.

Before selling the apartment, Salman had leased it out in 2023 under a 36-month agreement. As per reports by Storyboard18, the rent was structured to escalate annually - starting at ₹1.5 lakh per month in the first year, increasing to ₹1.57 lakh in the second, and ₹1.65 lakh in the third. Over the three-year period, the actor earned a total of ₹56.64 lakh from the lease.

Known for his investments in prime properties, Salman Khan also made headlines earlier this year for leasing out a large commercial space in Mumbai’s Santacruz area. As per Propstack, the commercial property, measuring 23,042 sq ft, was leased to Landcraft Retail Pvt Ltd. The deal fetches him ₹90 lakh per month - translating to a staggering ₹12 crore in annual rent. Additionally, the agreement included a substantial security deposit of ₹5.4 crore, making it one of the biggest commercial property rentals in Mumbai in recent times.

While his real estate portfolio continues to grow, Salman continues to live with his family at Galaxy Apartments. In 2023, the actor's residence was the target of a shooting incident. Following the scare, Salman upgraded the security at his home, including renovations and the installation of bullet-proof glass on the balcony — the very spot where he greets fans during Eid and on his birthday.
