After years of anticipation and emotional investment, Bollywood power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are finally on the brink of stepping into their dream home. Estimated to be worth a staggering ₹250 crore, the six-storey bungalow—named after Ranbir’s grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor—has reportedly completed construction. A new video circulating online shows the towering mansion fully finished, with green potted plants adding a vibrant touch to every balcony.

The couple, often seen checking up on the site along with their daughter Raha and Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor, are expected to move into the residence soon—likely aligning their housewarming with an auspicious date.

An Emotional Investment for Their Daughter Raha

The mansion, which stands on a property once owned by the legendary Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, holds deep sentimental value. The land was passed down to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in 1980, and now Ranbir and Alia have carried that legacy forward. Interestingly, the house is expected to be registered in the name of their daughter, Raha Kapoor.

A post shared by celebrity photographer  read: “New beginnings in a dream home! Alia & Ranbir’s love nest is finally ready.”The property has been more than just a construction project for the couple—it’s a tribute to their family’s past and a gift for the future generation.

Last year, it was speculated that Ranbir and Alia would celebrate Diwali in the new house, though delays pushed back their plans. Now, things seem on track.

A source quoted by Hindustan Times revealed:“The ongoing work on their bungalow is almost done, with the finishing going on, which should take one month or so. After the work is done and they get a green signal, the couple will move into the place. It is the moment they have been looking forward to.”

The insider added,“The bungalow holds an emotional significance to the family, which is why everyone is so involved in the construction. Ranbir and Alia have made sure they take out time from their busy schedule and check the work status.”

 Ranbir & Alia Reunite Onscreen

While they prepare to make new memories in their home, Ranbir and Alia are also set to reunite on screen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited project Love & War, alongside Vicky Kaushal. Their last collaboration was the fantasy epic Brahmastra, which marked their first film together as well as the beginning of their off-screen romance.

With a new home symbolising legacy and new beginnings, and a major film on the horizon, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for the Kapoor-Bhatt family.
