New Delhi: Nick Jonas and actress Priyanka Chopra recently celebrated the Hindu holiday Karwa Chauth in London. Priyanka showcased how she balances her hectic work schedule with traditional Karwa Chauth rituals by sharing stunning photos from the celebration on Instagram. The actress is in London filming ‘Citadel Season 2’.
In the pictures, Priyanka can be seen wearing a dupatta over a tracksuit. Nick, in the role of the good husband, brought her water and helped her finish the traditions. Netizens were quick to observe Priyanka’s mother Dr Madhu Chopra in the video call. Nick broke Priyanka's fast while holding the phone so her mom could participate in the celebration.
Priyanka also posted a photo of a hand-painted mehendi pattern on her palm that included Nick's name and birth date, as well as a handwritten letter with his name. To give her photos a filmy touch, she added the song 'Chand Chupa Badal Mein' from the 1999 classic film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’.
She used a hartfelt caption, "To all those celebrating... happy karwa chauth ❤️ and yes I'm filmy."

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas tied the knot on December 2nd, 2018, at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. They followed both Christian and Hindu ceremonies. In January 2022, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Malti Marie through surrogacy.
