New Delhi: Bollywood stars are making waves in the Mumbai real estate market with their lavish acquisitions. Actress Preity Zinta has recently purchased a home in Bandra, Mumbai. She has surprised everyone by buying the flat she and Gene Goodenough lived in before they were married. On Nargis Dutt Road, the aforementioned property has a total area of 1,474 square feet.  The actress reportedly spent Rs. 17.01 crore for this luxury apartment. Stamp duty costs for the property were Rs 85 lakh, as shown by the property registration paperwork obtained by IndexTap.com.


The report also claims that Preity Zinta purchased this lavish apartment on 23 October. The luxury Pali Hill apartment has a carpeted area of 1,474 square feet and two designated parking spaces. The stamp duty on the flat was reportedly Rs 85.07 lakh, which the actress paid. Before getting married in 2016, Preity bought an apartment in the same building where she had previously lived. She had relocated to Los Angeles after the wedding.


According to The Indian Express, the apartment was on the eleventh level of the 'Parishram' skyscraper in Bandra West. The apartment was sold by Keystone Realtors Limited. Neither the seller nor Preity has confirmed the news.


In 2016, Preity astonished her followers and admirers by secretly marrying Gene in Los Angeles. In 2021, the couple welcomed twins Gia and Jai into the world via surrogacy. She often uses her social media accounts to post adorable photos of her children.






On the work front, Preity was most recently seen in the 2018 film ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’, starring Sunny Deol. Her next movie is said to be named The Kitty Party.
