New Delhi: Following the recent terror incident in Pahalgam, Kashmir, which killed 26, the much-anticipated collaboration between Punjabi celebrity Diljit Dosanjh and Pakistani starlet Hania Aamir has reportedly been abruptly cancelled. There have been major shifts in current film projects and the cancellation of cross-border releases as a result of the FWICE's reimposed ban on Pakistani artists in India.
The film 'Sardaar Ji 3', in which Hania Aamir made her Indian debut co-starring Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa, has wrapped shooting, and now rumours are circulating about her future in the business. The producers of the film are reportedly contemplating reshooting Hania's scenes with a different actress in order to cut her out.
Many people are reacting online to reports that Hania has been removed from 'Sardaar Ji 3'. Some people think it's a good response to the assault, while others think that political events have no place in art and that artists should not be punished for their work.
Hania Aamir has not yet spoken publicly on her involvement with the film or its production.
'Sardaar Ji 3' isn't the only film affected by the restriction. Due to the renewed ban, the romantic movie 'Abir Gulaal', starring Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor, which was set to be released on May 9, will also not be screened in Indian theatres.

Hania Aamir Condemns Pahalgam Terror Attack
Following the tragic incident, Hania Aamir expressed her feelings on social media. The actress expressed empathy with the victims and denounced the violence in a post that reads: "Tragedy anywhere is a tragedy for all of us. My heart is with the innocent lives affected by the recent events. In pain, in grief, and in hope—we are one. When innocent lives are lost, the pain is not theirs alone—it belongs to all of us. No matter where we come from, grief speaks the same language. May we choose humanity, always."
