Fans were left wondering whether the actor was subtly criticising the common cosmetic surgery culture in Bollywood. Reddit users were soon intrigued by the story's screenshot, which sparked speculations about the actor's possible target.
Many internet users concluded that Gulshan was making a subtle nod to his ‘Ulajh’ co-star Janhvi Kapoor. The latter has regularly been in the spotlight of rumours involving plastic surgery, especially rhinoplasty.
