New Delhi: Elvish Yadav has found himself in trouble once again. The popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was recently granted bail by a Noida court in snake venom case. On Saturday, another case has been lodged against Elvish and singer Rahul Yadav aka Fazilpuriya for using snakes and using abusive language during the shooting of the song 32 Bore.


As per an ANI tweet, the case has been registered in Police Station Badshahpur, Gurugram under Section 294 of IPC.

Elvish Yadav snake venom case


The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code are among the several sections under which the 26-year-old YouTuber is charged.


Yadav allegedly admitted to police that he set up snakes and snake venom at rave events that he hosted. He also acknowledged during questioning that he knew the other people detained for selling snake venom the previous year.

In his first Instagram post following his release from jail, Elvish Yadav shocked followers by displaying two opulent cars and sharing his fresh outlook on life. Dressed in a black sleeveless jacket, blue denim trousers, and a white shirt, Yadav wrote in Hindi, "Time may not be visible, but a lot is revealed," as if his perspective has changed since his legal issues.


On Saturday, the YouTuber shared a teaser of his latest song with the caption, "ज़रा सा वक़्त क्या बदला नज़र मिलाने लगे
जिनकी औक़ात नहीं थी वह भी सर उठाने लगे (What a little time has changed, I started looking at you
Those who were not capable also started raising their heads)
