Snake Venom Case from 2023

In an effort to expose the mistreatment of rare species, People for Animals carried out a sting operation and contacted Elvish Yadav after receiving information about his network of accomplices. The complaint claims that Elvish assisted them by connecting them with those who ultimately set up snake venom.

After being questioned about the case multiple times, Elvish Yadav denied all of the accusations.

People For Animals conducted a sting operation where nine snakes were discovered during a rave party last year; all of the snakes had had their venom glands removed. Out of the nine snakes, eight lacked teeth.

The rave party incident dates back to November 3, 2018, and it took place in a banquet hall located in Noida Sector 51. Elvish wasn't present at the celebration.
