Punjabi singer and rapper Diljit Dosanjh who is on tour in India has been winning applause and appreciation for several sweet gestures which are winning the internet. The singer, who is all set to perform in Kolkata on November 30, gave his last concert in Mumbai and Pune, again winning fans' hearts with several sharing videos from his concert and appreciating his teachings.
Recently, ahead of his Kolkata concert, a fan asked Diljit for passes to his Kolkata Show as he missed the tickets during the online tickets booking time window. The fan, whose name is Maninder Singh Sokhi, shared on X, "@diljitdosanjh Bhaji (Folded hands emoji) I have been wanting your show to happen in Kolkata for many years but, now when it's happening I couldn't get the tickets as they just sold out in a min (crying face emoji). Please can I get 2 Tickets (for me & my sister) for your Kolkata Concert on 30th November..."
And, like the good singer who listens to his fans, Diljit responded to the tweet and wrote, "Done Maninder (check mark emoji)."
Diljit's gesture has won several hearts. Several fans reacted to his post. A person wrote, "Congratulations Maninder, lucky fan." Another user wrote, "You have no idea what you’ve started." A tweet read, "You are so sweet to do this."
This is not the first time that a gesture like this has won everyone's hearts. Last month, when Diljit held his first show in Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, a young fan posted a video on Instagram, asking Diljit to sing louder so she could listen to him from her house, which was away from her stadium. The singer then asked them to come to the venue where he treated her family with tickets to his show.
