New Delhi: Actor Aamir Khan, who is currently working on his next film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’, went live from Aamir Khan Productions’ Instagram page and did a Q and A with his fans. The actor addressed a diverse range of questions from fans and was also seen smoking a pipe during his live session.

On dancing at Anant Ambani's pre-wedding celebrations
Aamir responded to queries about his presence at Mukesh Ambani's son Anant Ambani's pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar. When questioned about not dancing at his daughter Ira Khan's wedding, Aamir clarified that he did indeed dance at her wedding, talking about his close friendship with the Ambani family.

"Dance toh maine apni beti ki shaadi mein bhi kia aur Mukesh ke bete ki shaadi mein bhi kia kyuki Mukesh mere bahut hi kareeb dost hain. Nita, Mukesh and their kids are like family for me. Main bhi unki shaadi mein nachta hu, woh bhi meri shadi mein naachte hain (I danced at my daughter's wedding too and at Mukesh's son's wedding too because he is my close friend. I dance at their weddings, they dance at mine)," Aamir stated.

On changing his stylist
He was also asked by one of his fans to “change his stylist”. Amir, who was wearing Laapataa Ladies tshirt, said, “Yeh acha toh lag raha hai. (This is looking good). Mera style unique hai toh zyadatar logo ko pasand nahi aata. (My style is unique so a lot of people don’t like it).”

Aamir read another comment by a user, “Sir, it looks like you are on drugs, stop taking drugs.” The actor replied, “Kya bol rahe ho yaar (What are you saying)?”

On making films like Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan
Responding to a request for films akin to Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan,' Aamir humorously said, “Yaar Shah Rukh (Khan) bana raha haina acchi Pathaan jaisi. Main banata hu Laapataa Ladies, aap woh dekho (Shah Rukh is already making movies like Pathaan. I make movies like Laapataa Ladies, you watch that).”

He emphasised the importance of supporting good cinema and newcomers in the industry, expressing his commitment through the production of 'Laapataa Ladies.'

Aamir encouraged audiences to challenge the notion that only action-packed films thrive in theaters. Pulling out a pipe and a lighter, he lit up and asserted, "Agar aapko koi film achchi lagi jisme stars na ho toh use zaroor support kariye (Support movies that you like that don't have stars)."

In a promise to connect with fans on his birthday, March 14, Aamir revealed that he was currently on the sets of his upcoming film, 'Sitaare Zameen Par.’
