New Delhi: Jimin, from the Korean boy band BTS, is reportedly planning to meet with fans and perform a new song. In a recent interview with a South Korean media source, a representative said that Jimin's next album will be released when the timetable is verified.

K-media reported that a source from BTS's management company, BIGHIT Music, said, “The release schedule will be revealed once it is finalized.”

Jimin has previously stated his desire to further explore his artistic potential after BTS' sabbatical in June 2022. Jimin told Weverse that he, like the more seasoned members of the band (J-Hope, Suga, and RM), wants to let his "raw side" shine. He said, “I just think I can show something a little more raw about me. That might include a more mature side, too, but what I’m really interested in is showing something closer to my real, personal rawness directly in a format like music or music videos. By doing so, I think maybe I can show something I never have before.”

The team members' individual musical approaches had already garnered a lot of admiration, but now all eyes are on Jimin and his transformation.

BTS has insisted that, for the time being, they would be concentrating on individual endeavours. In 2025, BTS will reunite as a band.

Meanwhile, Park Jimin has just been announced as Dior's next global ambassador. The fashion house stated in a short statement, “The South Korean artist now embodies the spirit and singularity of Dior style, modernity with a timeless signature.”

Jimin is said to be going to Paris to see the Dior presentation during Paris Fashion Week.

A member of BLACKPINK, Jisoo, has also been named a global ambassador for Dior.
