New Delhi: The 'Boycott Bollywood' trend has a new prey now. After 'Boycott Laal Singh Chaddha' and 'Boycott Liger', it is now 'Boycott Brahmastra'. Users on Twitter have been sharing memes, old clips of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar specifically targeting all people associated with Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra' and asking them to boycott it. Many have claimed Alia's half-brother Rahul Bhatt's ties with 26/11 terror attacks while others have shared how Ranbir Kapoor disrepects Hinduism by eating beef etc.
'Brahmastra' is another big Bollywood film slated for a September 9, 2022 release. The film is a sci-fi universe of 'Astras' starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. Having been in the making for many years now, the anticipation around the film has been a lot as is the growing negative publicity around it.
