New Delhi: Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover welcomed their child in November 2022, and they named her Devi Basu Singh Grover. The actress has been quite open about sharing adorable photos and videos of their new baby. Bipasha sent a touching note for her daughter Devi's six-month birthday, in which she shared a peek at the celebration. They celebrated her half-birthday with a joyous home party.
The actress posted an adorable photo of her husband Karan and their daughter Devi on her official Instagram account. Biapsha captioned the image, “Happy 6 months to our heart... Devi. Thank you everyone who sent her love, wishes and the sweetest gifts. Grateful.”

On the other side, Karan Singh Grover shared a photo of himself and his daughter Devi on his Instagram account as they watched the sunset from their terrace. Devi can be seen wearing a patterned onesie, has her hand on her father's face in the photo. In the photo's caption, he wrote: “Happy half year birthday to our heart. Devi. Mama and papa love you mostest! Thank you all for your love and wishes!”
Earlier, Bipasha Basu told Bombay Times that she and her husband Karan always wanted to have a daughter. She said, “Karan and I were clear from the beginning that we wanted a baby. I don’t have any thoughts on why it is so late or why it took time. For me, this is the right time. I believe this is when we were supposed to have our baby. We believe in manifestation.”
On the sets of their 2015 movie 'Alone', Bipasha and Karan fell in love and later tied the knot. The pair revealed they were expecting a child in August 2022. Bipasha and Karan were married on April 30, 2016 in Mumbai.
Bipasha is currently on maternity leave.
