New Delhi: The celebrity reality game show Bigg Boss, hosted by Salman Khan in its latest seasons, is going to be back with a bang. The much-anticipated show that is full of entertainment and masala, also showing the other side of some of the popular celebrities, is going to be back with Season 16 in the coming months. 


Bigg Boss 16 promises to take the entertainment quotient a notch higher as this time, Bigg Boss is going to be a part of the game, himself. The makers of the game show released the promo of the upcoming season that shows host Salman Khan dressed in an all black ensemble, as he enters a deserted and dilapidated building where the camera lens is giving a flashback of the previous seasons. Creating an eerie background, Salman goes on to say, "15 saal se Bigg Boss ne sabka khel dekha. Ab Bigg Boss apna khel dikhaenge."


Sharing the promo on social media, the makers wrote, "Inn 15 saalon mein sabne khela apna apna game, lekin ab baari hai Bigg Boss ke khelne ki👁️

Dekhiye #BiggBoss16 jald hi, sirf #Colors par!"

As per rumours doing the rounds, the contestant's list includes actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra, who has been avoiding public eye after being embroiled in a pornographic case. 'Lock Upp' season 1 winner and stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui along with Kanika Mann, Twinkle Kapoor, Shivin Narang, Vivian Dsena, Arjun Bijlani and Farmani Naaz have also been roped in for Bigg Boss 16. However, there has been no confirmation on the contestants' list, yet.


The Bengali actress and Lok Sabha MP Nusrat Jahan has reportedly been contacted for the show. However, both the broadcaster and the actress's reps are remaining mum about the situation. 


An insider claims that an offer of Rs 16 lakh a week has been made to the actress in exchange for her participation in the reality show.


Previously, a user on Instagram posted a few photographs and claimed that makers are working on the set of Bigg Boss 16. Based on the photographs, the show's colour scheme seems to be aqua, with plenty of gold and blue accents.


Bigg Boss 15 was won by television actress Tejasswi Prakash with Karan Kundra and Pratik Sehajpal as the finalists.
