Aryan Khan was arrested in October last year, along with his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha on a cruise, after NCB busted a drug party. An SIT team was then set up to look into the case which said that it found no evidence to prove that Aryan Khan was a part of larger drug conspiracy contrary to allegations by the Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB).

After being granted bail and becoming free of all allegations, Aryan started making public appearances once again. He was seen at the IPL auction with sister Suhana Khan and Jahnvi Mehta, daughter of IPL's co-owner and actress Juhi Chawla's daughter.

The starkid was also spotted at a celebrity birthday bash, where he was seen with mother Gauri Khan. On the work front, Aryan, who is interested in direction and scriptwriting, is currently working on a web-series.
