A Mumbai magistrate's court on Thursday sent Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, besides 7 others accused in the rave party raids aboard a ship, carried out by the Narcotics Control Bureau, to 14 days judicial custody.

And on Friday Aryan and others were taken to Arthur road and Byculla jails as hearing of the star kid’s bail plea has begun at the Esplanade magistrate court.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has decided not to wait for the completion of bail hearing and the agency took accused to Arhur Road jail after their medical tests in JJ Hospital before their bail hearing is completed.

Aryan Khan and other male accused in the drug bust case have been taken to Arthur Road jail from JJ Hospital. The two female accused in the case were taken to Byculla women jail.

Aryan Khan will stay at the Arthur Road jail on Friday if the Esplanade magistrate court does not grant him bail by 5 pm. Beginning at 12:30 pm, the bail hearing is still going on.

Meanwhile, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde argued that since no drug was found with him, he should be granted bail on merits.

Aryan, Arbaaz Merchantt, Munmun Dhamecha and others were sent to 14 days judicial custody by the court on Thursday.

Creating a huge sensation, the NCB sleuths had raided a rave party on the luxury ship Cordelia Cruise on October 2 and detained Aryan and 7 others.
