New Delhi: Arjun Kapoor on Wednesday lashed out at a media portal for its report on his girlfriend Malaika Arora claiming that she is pregnant. Now the actor has shared a cryptic post about karma.
He took to his Instagram stories and wrote: "Karma comes after everyone eventually. You can't get away with screwing people over your whole life, I don't care who you are. What goes around comes around. That's how it works. Sooner or later, the universe will serve you the revenge that you deserve."
On Wednesday, the actor had slammed the publication and called the rumour a ‘fake gossip. Sharing a screenshot of the news, Arjun had written, “This is the lowest that you could have gone and you have done it by being casual, insensitive and absolutely unethical in carrying garbage news. This journalist has been writing such pieces regularly and getting away with it because we tend to ignore these fake gossip articles while they spread across media and become the truth. This is not done. Don't dare to play with our personal lives.”
Malaika had also dismissed her pregnancy rumours by calling it "disgusting".
The report claimed that Arjun and Malaika Arora are expecting their first child. The report also claimed that the couple announced the news to their close people on their trip to London.
Malaika and Arjun made their relationship public on Instagram in 2019 and have been spotted together on Holidays and outings since then. They have also spoken about their relationship many times.
Recently in an interview with Masala magazine, Malaika had talked about her relationship with Arjun. She called him her "best friend and “biggest cheerleader”. “I can talk to him about anything and everything under the sun. That’s the most important bit about being in a relationship – you should be able to just be your true self and I can just be myself around Arjun,” she told the magazine.
Malaika Arora was previously married to Arbaaz Khan. The two parted ways in March 2016 and continue to co-parent their son Arhaan.
