The awards ceremony took place at the Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi on October 17. Alia, accompanied by her husband Ranbir Kapoor, was seen leaving for Delhi earlier in the day. Subsequently, they arrived at the venue before the ceremony commenced. Interestingly, Alia chose to wear her wedding saree for this specail occasion, while Ranbir Kapoor looked dapper in an indo-western outfit.
