New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were spotted at their brand-new Mumbai residence, Krishna Raj, on Monday. They were joined by their team when they were inspecting their new home shortly after Christmas. Ranbir could be seen taking pictures with his phone of their home which is presently under construction, while Alia appeared to be taking notes, offering feedback, and giving instructions.
They were both seen inspecting their house while standing on a higher level. Ranbir sported a white t-shirt and grey jeans, whereas Alia went for an all-black ensemble.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, their new home is a 15-storey building out of which the first five floors will be kept for the Kapoor family. "The entire property will take six years to complete. However, the first 5 apartments are in process. The tower's first and second-floor apartments are almost ready and believed to be of Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor's respectively.", Pinkvilla quoted its source as saying.
In November, after Alia gave birth to her daughter Raha Kapoor, it was reported that the family would move into the new house in Bandra. It was previously claimed that their brand-new, eight-story dream home will have an indoor pool, office space, spacious parking, and more.
Ranbir and Alia will reportedly reside with their daughter Raha on one of the floors, while Ranbir's mother, Neetu Kapoor, would reportedly live on the lower floors. It was also said that Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Ranbir's sister, would also have an entire floor to herself, where she would be able to reside whenever she visited Mumbai with her husband, Bharat Sahni, and their daughter, Samara Sahni.
On the work front, Ranbir is currently shooting for Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal' where he will appear alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. Ranbir is also going to star with Shraddha Kapoor in 'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar'. Boney Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia play important roles in the movie as well. The film will be out on Holi 2023.
