“He has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent. The charges follow a review of the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police in its investigation. The Crown Prosecution Service reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against Mr Spacey are active and that he has the right to a fair trial."

Kevin Spacey held the position of artistic director at the Old Vic theater in London’s Lambeth neighborhood from 2003 until 2015. These offenses by the statements of the CPS and the Metropolitan Police allegedly took place in London and Gloucestershire between March 2005 and April 2013.

Kevin Spacey is already embroiled in a series of allegations and lawsuits ever since first charges against him came up in 2017 by 'Star Trek: Discovery' actor Anthony Rapp.

Rapp had then told Buzzfeed News that Spacey had made a non-consensual sexual advance towards him when he was 14 years of age.

Since then the Oscar-winning and Emmy-nominated actor has seen a downfall of both his career and reputation.
