Abhishek Bachchan followed the footsteps of his parents and became an actor. And today, as he turns a year older, doting father Amitabh Bachchan has a special wish for his son on the occasion of his birthday. Taking to his social media, Big B shared a collage two pictures wherein one picture, the ‘Brahmastra’ actor can be seen leading his son by holding his hands and vice-versa in the other picture.

While sharing the post, the ‘Sholay’ actor wrote, “... I lead him once holding his hand .. he leads me now holding my hand .. 💕❤️💕”

Meanwhile, Abhishek started his acting career with J.P. Dutta’s 2000 war film ‘Refugee’, which also marked the debut of actress Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film, however, did not gain much success and the ‘Bluffmaster’ actor gained recognition with the movie ‘Dhoom’ where he played the character of a cop. He then went on to star in several other Bollywood movies including ‘Bunty Aur Babli’, ‘Dostana’, ‘Dum Maro Dum’, ‘Bol Bachchan’ and others. Abhishek gained critical acclamation when he portrayed the character loosely based on Dhirubhai Ambani in the 2007 film ‘Guru’ opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

The ‘Sarkar’ actor received many awards and accolades. This includes a National Film Award which he received for producing the comedy-drama ‘Paa’. He also acted in the movie.

Abhishek Bachchan got married to Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the year 2007 and has a beautiful daughter together – Aaradhya Bachchan.

On the professional front, Abhishek will be next seen ‘Bob Biswas’ and ‘The Big Bull’. He will also reportedly be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next biographical love story of Indian poets Sahir Ludhianvi and Amrita Pritam. While the ‘Manmarziyaan’ actor will illustrate the character of Sahir Ludhianvi, the character of Amrita Pritam will be portrayed by his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan reportedly.
