According to a report on Square Feat India, Janhvi’s new house is spread across three floors in a Juhu building. The deal was struck last year, on December 7. As per the portal, the carpet area of the flat is 3,456 area. The actress has paid a stamp duty to the tune of Rs 78 lakhs.
The flats are spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya Building. The building in which Janhvi Kapoor bought the flat is located in Mumbai’s Juhu area. Apart from the three apartments, Janhvi has also been allotted six car-parking in the building under JVPD scheme which already houses many celebrities.
Janhvi, who made an entry into Bollywood with film Dhadak in 2018, was last seen in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
The actress, who has done two films so far, is currently staying with her father and sister, Khushi, in Lokhandwala. “I haven’t had to deal with the kind of things that most women have to deal with. Because I do come from a slightly more privileged background and so I have been extremely lucky in the way that I have been treated and the opportunities that I have gotten,” she had told in one of the interviews.
The actress also appeared in director Zoya Akhtar’s segment in the horror anthology, Ghost Stories. She will next be seen in Dostana 2 and Roohi Afzana.
Bollywood stars including Hrithik Roshan, Nia Sharma, and Urmila Matondkar have also recently purchased new properties in the tinsel town. Hrithik Roshan, in October had reportedly bought a super luxury apartment worth Rs 96 crore in Versova, Juju. Alia Bhatt has also bought an apartment in the same complex as that of her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.
