Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Thursday exuded confidence for the upcoming polls for Assemblies of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana saying the party will win polls in all the four states. He also referred to Bharatiya Janata Party’s “downfall” in Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh. Addressing a public gathering in Ladakh’s Kargil, the Congress MP said, “Whose downfall was it in Karnataka or Himachal? Elections are going to take place in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, see whose downfall will it be there. Congress is going to win all the four elections.”

“Congress is not only a party but an ideology,” he added.

The Wayanad MP is currently on a motorcycle tour of the Union Territory of Ladakh and covered approximately 130 kilometres till Tuesday. The Congress called his Ladakh Yatra, a continuation of his Bharat Jodo Yatra  as his trip to the Union Territory was in fulfilment of a commitment made to a delegation from there during his cross-country march.
