In a reaction to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's allegation that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was involved in "match-fixing" for the upcoming general elections, BJP candidate from Pathanamthitta Anil K Antony said that this statement by Rahul Gandhi has made it very clear that they have already conceded the election. Anil Antony responding to the remark said that the only thing common among I.N.D.I.A bloc leaders is a large number of corruption cases against them.
On Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's match-fixing remark, BJP candidate from Pathanamthitta, Anil K Antony said, "This statement by Rahul Gandhi has made it very clear that they have already conceded the election... In the last five years, the government has become more and more popular because India is going on an unprecedented trajectory."
"On one side people have a stable government led by Narendra Modi, on the other hand, they have a so-called alliance led by Rahul Gandhi but he is not considered a leader by other parties in the alliance... The only thing common among them is a lot of corruption cases going on against their leaders... The BJP will certainly win, the only thing in question is the margin with which we'll win," he said.
