Voting for the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections is under way for 89 seats across 13 states on Friday, April 26. After its three constituencies went to polls in the first phase, West Bengal is witnessing elections for three more seats. Among these three is the Lok Sabha constituency of Balurghat in the South Dinajpur district. Balurghat is located on the international border between India and Bangladesh. There are two polling booths in the Hili block of Balurghat that is right on the
