Prime Minister Narendra Modi will set on a spiritual journey after culminating his whirlwind campaign for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. On Thursday, Modi will be in Kanyakumari for a two-day visit while voters will seal his fate on a consecutive third term during the final phase of the marathon Lok Sabha polls.
The PM will visit the Rock Memorial where he will meditate at the Dhyan Mandapam from Thursday evening to Friday evening. Modi will meditate at the same place where Swami Vivekanand mediated in the southern most city of the country.
According to the official schedule, the Prime Minister will address a poll rally in Punjab's Hoshiyarpur before leaving for Tamil Nadu for his spiritual hiatus.
This is not the first time when Modi will turn to spiritualism during the run-up to the result for Lok Sabha elections. In 2019, PM Modi visited Kedarnath during the last phase of voting where he meditated in Rudra cave.
After criss-crossing the country and holding blizkrieg public rallies and roadshows during election campaign Modi chooses to stay away from numbers and analysis on the day of results.
"I am extra cautious on results day and tend to stay away from the numbers, etc," he said during an exclusive interview to ABP Network on Tuesday. "On the votes counting day, I increase the time of my meditation and other daily works. On counting day, no one is allowed in my room or to call me," he added.

The seventh and final phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 will take place on June 1, Saturday after which the votes will be counted on June 4. Polling will be held on 57 seats across 8 states and Union Territories including all seats in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
In this phase, voting will take place in Bihar (8 seats), Chandigarh (1 seat), Himachal Pradesh (4 seats), Jharkhand (3 seats), Odisha (6 seats), Punjab (13 seats), Uttar Pradesh (13 seats) and West Bengal (9 seats)
