BJP Election Manifesto: The Bharatiya Janata Party unveiled its election manifesto, titled "Sankalp Patra," for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls on Sunday, with main focus on the empowerment of women, youth, farmers, and the underprivileged. The party has also promised to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC). Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with BJP chief JP Nadda, and Union Ministers Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman, and S Jaishankar, attended the ceremony.

BJP's Election Manifesto



  1. BJP promise of bringing more Lakhpati Didis and pledges to eliminate electricity bills through the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.

  2. Designating 2025 as the "Janjaatiya Year," the BJP manifesto highlights "One Nation, One Election" and a unified electoral roll.

  3. The saffron party pledges to make the country as third largest economy in the world. 

  4. In the manifesto, BJP also promises of making India a “global manufacturing hub."

  5. The manifesto highlights "Virasat Se Vikas" and advocates for the worldwide celebration of Ramayan Utsav, promising further development in Ayodhya.

  6. Additionally, it addresses concerns such as combatting paper leaks, reforming education policies, and bidding for the hosting rights of the Olympics in 2036.

  7. With the guarentee to add three crore Lakhpati Didis, the manifesto commits to raising awareness about cervical cancer, expanding women's restroom facilities, and enforcing the Mahila Shakti Vandan Act.

  8. Furthermore, the BJP promises to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and linking migrant labourers and similar groups to the e-Shram portal to access associated benefits.

  9. The manifesto also highlights the party's ambition to secure a permanent seat for India on the United Nations Security Council.
