Srinagar, Kashmir: With the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir nearly coming to an end, and with two of the three phases witnessing an impressive turnout, it is time for New Delhi to “respond” by way of giving general amnesty to locals who have been put behind bars across several jails in India, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, founder and president, Jammu & Kashmir Apni Party, has said.
