Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday targeted Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Congress over paper leak and recruitment mafia saying the nexus will be attacked if BJP forms government in the state.

Addressing a poll rally in Jharkhand's Bokaro, Modi also said that a BJP government is necessary in the state to drive out infiltrators.

"BJP-led govt needed in Jharkhand to drive out infiltrators," Modi said.

" We have one more goal in Jharkhand, the paper leak mafia and recruitment mafia created by JMM-Congress, they will be attacked. Each one of them will be found and put in jail. Those who tampered with the future of youths in JMM...Modi will destroy their plans...," he added.

Further attacking the Congress, Modi said that the UPA allocated just Rs 80,000 to the state which was increased to Rs 3 lakh crore after the NDA government at the Centre post 2014.

"We gave more funds because Jharkhand was created by us, and it is our responsibility to nurture it," he said. "The money that is your right will be spent on you, for you, and your children's future," he added.

Modi accused Congress and JMM of creating a divide between SCs, STs, and OBCs saying it enjoyed power by creating divisions among the Dalit community.

"Everyone needs to stay alert and aware of the major conspiracy by JMM and Congress. They can do anything for power," Modi remarked.

"Congress has always been opposed to the unity of ST, SC, and OBC communities. After independence, as long as our Dalit community remained divided, Congress enjoyed power at the Centre based on the policy of 'divide and rule'," he said.

"However, once the communities united, Congress never again managed to form a government with a full majority at the Centre," Modi added.

The elections in Jharkhand will be held in two phases, November 13 and November 20 while the votes will be counted on November 20.
