BJP President JP Nadda on Tuesday hit out at the JMM-led government in Jharkhand saying that Chief Minister Hemant Soren is out on bail and may go back to jail any moment.
Addressing a rally in Jamua in Jharkhand, Nadda said the BJP doesn't discriminate like the Congress and added that there are 27 OBC ministers in PM Modi's cabinet.
The BJP chief's address comes a day before polling for the first phase where voting is scheduled across 43 constituencies on Wednesday.
"The time has come for the brave warriors of Jharkhand to take an oath. We will uproot the tyrannical government of JMM, RJD, and Congress. This is a vow we must take," Nadda told the gathering in Jamua.
Earlier in the day, Nadda also addressed a rally in Bagodra in Giridih where he appealed voters to uproot JMM, RJD and Congress from the state.
"Every tribal person, be it from Himachal or Odisha or Chhattisgarh or Gadchiroli, believe in Bhawan Bisra Munda... The time has come for Jharkhand to uproot Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, RJD and Congress from the state and form BJP-NDA government here. Where there are JMM, Congress and RJD, there is corruption and familial politics there," Nadda said.
He also said that there is a wave in favour of the BJP and NDA in Jharkhand. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done the work of bringing the state into the mainstream, he said.
"There is a wave in favour of BJP & NDA in Jharkhand...There is no one other than BJP-NDA who is a well-wisher of Jharkhand. PM Modi has done the work of bringing Jharkhand into the mainstream...The credit for the creation of Jharkhand goes to Atal Bihar Vajpayee. We can proudly say that we made this state and only we will make it prosper...We did the work of marking the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda as Adivasi Gaurav Diwas," he added.
