The Congress party on Saturday took a jibe at Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde for allegedly repeating words prompted by a party leader during a public rally.
In the viral video, CM Shinde could be seen addressing a gathering. However, Shiv Sena leader Tanaji Sawant who was standing next to him could be seen uttering the words while CM repeated them from the dias in the nearly 4o-second Instagram reel.
Congress seized the opportunity to troll Shinde saying he has launched the "world's first human teleprompter." It also took a veiled dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying he uses two teleprompters at a time, but it can still develop technical glitches so Shinde came up with a new solution.

"Although the great man always uses two teleprompters, still sometimes technical problems arise and it becomes a big embarrassment. Now Eknath Shinde has overcome this problem," said the party in a post on Instagram.
"He has launched the world's first Human Teleprompter. Now there will be no technical problems and no inconvenience. Masterstroke," it added.
The video is from CM Shinde's rally in the Paranda assembly constituency in Maharashtra's Dharashiv district where he was campaigning for party candidate Tanaji Sawant.
The reel shared by Congress has been clipped from the original video as CM Shinde could be seen speaking comfortably without any assistance in the full video.
Maharashtra will undergo elections for its 288-member Legislative assembly in a single phase on November 20 while the votes will be counted on November 23.
