The BJP has released its 12th list of candidates for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, naming candidates 7 candidates from Maharashtra Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Bengal. The BJP has fielded former Maharashtra minister Udayanraje Bhosale from the Satara seat in Maharashtra and Thakur Vishwadeep Singh from Firozabad, UP.

Here are all the names of the BJP candidates released in the 12th list of candidates for Lok Sabha elections:

Chhatrapati Udayanraje Bhosale Satara (Maharashtra)
Manjeet Singh Manna Mianwind Khadoor Sahib (Punjab)
Anita Som Parkash Hoshiarpur-SC (Punjab)
Bathinda Parampal Kaur Sidhu (Punjab)
Thakur Vishwadeep Singh  Firozabad (UP)
Shashank Mani Tripathi Deoria (UP)
Abhijit Das (Bobby) Diamond Harbour (West Bengal)

The BJP's choice in Satara is sure to ruffle feathers in the Ajit Pawar-led NCP camp, which is in alliance with the saffron party, as senior leader Praful Patel was reportedly keen on contesting the seat.

In Bengal, the BJP has pitted its own 'Bobby' entrepreneur and the party's former South 24 Parganas president Abhijit Das against TMC General Secretary and sitting MP in Diamond Harbour. TMC, too, has a senior leader fondly called 'Bobby' — but he is the mayor of Kolkata. The Left Front has decided to field Pratik-ur-Rahman.
