All eyes will be on December 3 as votes for assembly elections to Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Telangana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh will be counted. After weeks of high-octane campaigning that saw leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, criss-crossing the five states, the results will be out on Sunday and will be an indicator of the voter sentiment ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.


The ABP-CVoter exit poll results have thrown mixed results for the two major parties BJP and Congress and predicted a hung assembly in Mizoram.


While Rajasthan is likely to stay true to its 'revolving door' trend and see a return of BJP to power, Congress may clinch Madhya Pradesh and Telangana, according to ABP-CVoter exit polls.


A neck-and-neck fight is predicted in Chhattisgarh, with Congress placed marginally ahead of BJP. In Mizoram, the newly formed Zoram People's Movement is likely to give the ruling Mizo National Front a tough fight. The Zoramthanga-led party is predicted to win anywhere between 15-21 seats in the 40-member assembly, while the ZPM may bag 12-18 seats.
