Sixty-nine percent of the voters in Bihar want Narendra Modi as the prime minister in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls while the NDA is projected to get 52 percent of the votes, an ABP-CVoter Survey report has said.

In order to gauge the mood of Bihar ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections, ABP News in association with CVoters conducted an opinion poll.

As per the ABP-CVoter Opinion Poll, 47 percent of the voters in Bihar are satisfied with the work of the central government while only 24 percent of the people were unsatisfied with the work.

On the other hand, only 30 percent people were satisfied with the work of the central government while 39 percent of the people were unsatisfied with the work.

The survey report also said that 58 percent of the respondents in Bihar were fully satisfied with the work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi while 26 percent of the people were fully satisfied with the work of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

While Narendra Modi remained the popular choice of the people of Bihar for PM’s position with 69 percent, Rahul Gandhi lagged behind by a huge margin at 23 percent.

The I.N.D.I.A alliance is projected to get 36 percent votes while the NDA alliance is expected to get 52 percent of the votes.

The survey was conducted between 1 and 9 April where 2,600 people participated in the survey. The margin of error of the survey is between ±3 to ±5.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP-led NDA got 39 seats out of the total 40 in Bihar with the Congress getting just one seat. The RJD didn’t manage to bag even one seat.

[Disclaimer: This survey was based on CVoter personal interviews conducted among 2,600 adults across India. Sometimes the table figures do not sum to 100 due to the effects of rounding off. The margin of error is +/- 3% at the macro level and +/- 5% at the micro level. We believe this will give the closest possible resemblance to the trends.]
