Karnataka's political climate has shot up in the run-up to the assembly elections. Politicians engaged in election campaign are aggressively criticising each other. Many stalwarts, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, and JP Nadda, are vying to maintain the BJP in power. Simultaneously, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and other senior party leaders have given their full strength for the Congress to return to power.
Questions concerning Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai's work were posed in the ABP CVoter Survey. This query elicited some surprising responses. According to the opinion poll, 26 percent of those polled thought the CM's work was good. While only 24% thought it was average. At the same time, half of the respondents said the CM's work was ineffective.

Karnataka's election campaign is reaching its climax. Before voting on May 10th, CVoter conducted a final opinion poll for ABC News. The CVoter has talked to 73 thousand 774 individuals in the previous 12 weeks to get a sense of the people's mood. Following the release of the most recent opinion poll on April 29, the opinions of 6,420 people were solicited. The survey was conducted in all 224 seats.
The state has a 224-member assembly, and the Janata Dal (Secular) is the third major political party, with 28 MLAs. The BJP currently holds 119 seats, with the Congress following closely behind with 75 seats, while two seats remain vacant.
The southern state will go to elections on May 10, and the counting of votes will take place on May 13.
