Candidates must look out for notice number 06/2019-ISS for Indian Statistical Service Examination 2019, 06/2019-IES for Indian Economic Service Examination 2019, and 07/2019-GEOL for Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist Examination 2019. The Registration process will be live till 16th April 2019 till 6pm.
“Applicants should note that there will be a ceiling on the number of candidates allotted to each of the Centres except Ahmedabad, Chennai, Delhi, Dispur and Kolkata. Allotment of Centres will be on the 'first-apply-first allot' basis, and once the capacity of a particular Centre is attained, the same will be frozen. Applicants are, thus, advised that they may apply early so that they could get a Centre of their choice” read an instruction on the registration page.
Furthermore, the UPSC has notified that “The Commission reserve the right to change the Centres at their discretion if the situation demands.”
The application process includes two part Registration viz Part-I and Part-II.
