The Uttar Pradesh Intermediate (Class 12) final practical examinations are scheduled to take place from January 21 to February 5, 2024. The theory papers for both Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 will be conducted in February. Further details and the comprehensive timetable for the UP board exams in 2024 will be released by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) in due course. Students can check this information on the board's official website, upmsp.edu.in, once it becomes available.
The tentative schedule for board exam-related activities is outlined in the annual calendar of the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP). According to this calendar, pre-board practical exams for Class 12 are set to occur in the second week of January, while pre-board written examinations are scheduled for the third week.
In preparation for the upcoming board exams, a total of 55,08,206 students have completed the registration process, a decrease from the 58,84,634 registered in 2023.
UPMSP officials attribute this decline of 3,76,428 registered candidates for the final examinations to the stringent exam and anti-copying measures that the board has implemented. They assert that candidates who were considering cheating as a means to pass the exams refrained from registering, given the increased vigilance and measures in place.
