Union Bank SO Call Letter 2019: The Union Bank of India has released the call letter of online examination for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officer (SO) on its official website – unionbankofindia.co.in. A total of 181 posts of Specialist Officers are to be filled through this recruitment. Candidates who qualify the Online test will be eligible to appear for the Personal Interview round.


The Union Bank is scheduled to organize the SO Exam 2019 on Friday, 17th May 2019 at the 12 examination cities across India, including Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Patna, Bhubaneshwar, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Bhopal, Mumbai, NaviMumbai/Greater Mumbai/Thane and Ahmedabad.

Step 5 – A new page will open wherein you need to login using the relevant details

Step 6 – The call letter for SO online exam will appear on the screen

The Union Bank SO Exam 2019 will be a MCQ based exam. The online written examination will consist of 200 objective type questions carrying a total of 200 marks. There will be 4 sections in total and 50 MCQ questions will be asked from each section.

Reasoning – 25 Marks

Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Marks

Professional knowledge – 100 Marks

English Language – 25 Marks

The total duration for the Union Bank online SO examination is 120 minutes. There is also a provision of negative marking for each wrong answer. ¼ or 25% marks will be deducted as a penalty for each wrong answer.
