Various reports suggest that around 1.5 lac seats are available in over 500 colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu.
Applicants will be shortlisted for counselling purely on the basis of merit in their Class 12th marks.
The Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE), Tamil Nadu will release the official information bulletin comprising of further details for TNEA 2019 in due course of time on its official website – tndte.gov.in.
The online application process for TNEA 2019 will be held on tneaonline.in or tndte.gov.in.
DOTE has set up TNEA Facilitation Centres (TFCs) across the state to facilitate students to register themselves by paying the registration fee for TNEA 2019. The registration fee can be paid online via debit card, credit card or net banking, or candidates can choose to pay it via Demand Draft.
Candidates will be required to choose their preferred TFC at the time of online application submission. During the counselling process, the candidates will be required to undergo Certificate Verification at the selected TNEA Facilitation Centre (TFC).
