SSC had declared the result of Skill Test of the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination 2017 on 28th November 2018, last year, in which a total of 601 candidates had qualified for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and 2211 candidates had qualified for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’. However, after receiving representations, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared additional result on 10th December 2018, last month, qualifying additional 56 candidates for Stenographer Grade ‘D’.
During re-evaluation of results, SSC observed that the Skill Test of only one Batch i.e. Batch-III of the Stenographer Grade ‘D’ - Hindi held on 9th September 2018 in SSC (Northern Region) was inadvertently evaluated with wrong Master Passage.
In the latest notice issued by the Staff Selection Commission, it said “Consequent upon receipt of some representations from the candidates regarding evaluation of their Skill Test, the Commission has undertaken a comprehensive review of such cases. The Commission will declare the final result of the above mentioned examination on March 29, 2019.”
Thereby candidates who had appeared for the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination 2017 must visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on the aforementioned date to know the updated result for Skill Test. Additional candidates, if qualified, will be required to undergo Document Verification.
