South Central Railway Recruitment 2021: The South Central Railway (SER) has invited online applications for the recruitment of the Paramedical Staff on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts online at scr.indianrailways.gov.in on or before May 15, 2021.
This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 40 vacancies, out of which, 20 vacancies are for Hospital Attendant, 16 vacancies are for Nursing Superintendent, and 4 are for Lab Assistant.
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
Nursing Superintendent: Candidates applying for the position must possess a certificate as a registered Nurse and Midwife. Candidates should also have passed a 3 years course in General Nursing and midwifery from a school of nursing or other institutions recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or B.Sc. Candidates applying for the position must not be below 20 years of age.
Lab Assistants: Candidates applying for the position should have passed class 10+2 science stream plus Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. The age limit of the candidates applying for the post must not be below 18 years.
Hospital Attendant: Candidates applying for the position should have passed class 10th or ITI from a recognized Board/ Institution. The age limit of the candidates applying for the post must not be below 18 years.
"Candidates applying for the post of Hospital Attendants should possess experience of working at least for one year in a medical facility having at least 20-bed indoor facilities. For all other categories, the candidates with experience will be given preference. Candidates while applying should indicate past service rendered, if any including the period of the contract put in by them on Indian Railways," reads the official notification.
