RRC Group D recruitment 2019: RRC Level 1 Recruitment 2019 registration has begun today i.e. Tuesday, 12th March 2019 on the official websites of 16 Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) shared by the Indian Railways earlier last week. The detailed notification for RRC 01/2019 is also live, as per which, a total of 1,03,769 vacancies have been notified by the Indian Railways. EWS Reservation for 10% Job Quota is applicable for the eligible candidates whose gross annual family income is less than 8 lac, besides the existing Reservation Quota for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen etc. The online Registration window will be live till 12th April 2019, next month, and candidates who successfully register by this deadline will be able to submit their online applications till 26th April 2019.

RRC Group D recruitment 2019: Selection Process-

The Indian Railways will organize a Computer Based Test (CBT) to qualify the applicants for Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which will be followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. ‘RRBs/RRCs reserve the right to introduce additional CBTs and/or PET, additional DV etc. without assigning any reason’ read an important point in the official advertisement for CEN No. RRC 01/2019.

RRC Group D recruitment 2019: Eligibility Criteria-

The minimum qualification differs for various posts, thereby candidates must refer to the Annexure A given in the official notification given above. ‘Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed minimum educational qualification SHOULD NOT apply’ notified the Indian Railways.

RRC Group D recruitment 2019: Age-Limit-

The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 33 years as on 1st July 2019.

RRC Group D recruitment 2019: Salary-

According to the official notification candidates who are recruited will be employed at the level 1 of 7th pay commission pay matrix.

RRC Group D recruitment 2019: Application Fee-

Rs. 250/- for PwBD / Female /Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. This entire fee of Rs 250 shall be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable for candidates who’ll appear in the CBT. Rs. 500/- for all other candidates except mentioned above. Out of the fee of Rs 500/- an amount of Rs. 400/- shall be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable for those who will appear in the CBT.
