A whopping 1.89 crore candidates have been awaiting the result of RRB Group D Recruitment 2018 against advertisement number CEN 02/2018 through which the Indian Railways aims to fill 62,907 Group D posts. The RRB Group D Exam 2018 was held in Computer Based Test mode from September to December 2018 across the country in 15 languages and comprised of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
As per the official notification, candidates need to score minimum 40% for General category, 30% for OBC, 30% for SC and 25% for ST to qualify for the next round. Due to the high number of candidates competing against each other, the cut-off or minimum marks are expected to be set above 60, in order to qualify for Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Candidates who had appeared for the RRB Group D Level-I Computer Based Test (CBT) must keep a close tab on the official website of their relevant Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) to check their result once its released online.
