UPSC Civil Services 2020 Result was released on September 24, 2021. After the final results were released, UPSC has released the cut-off list for UPSC Prelims 2020 as well as the overall cut-off list for mains and the overall cut-off list for selection. As per the rules, UPSC Marksheet 2020 for preliminary, mains, and overall for all candidates will also be released on the official website upsc.gov.in.
According to guidelines, candidates' marks are issued 15 days after the final results are released. Accordingly, the UPSC Marksheet will be made available on upsc.gov.in by October 9, 2021.

UPSC Prelims Cut Off Decline in 2020
Interestingly, the UPSC Prelims Cut off saw a sharp drop in 2020 in comparison to 2019. In 2019, the candidates required a minimum of 98 marks whereas in 2020 it was reduced to 92.5. The dip was also seen in cut-off for mains and overall. The cut-off for UPSC Mains in 2019 was 751 and overall was 961.
UPSC would be conducting the UPSC Civil Services 2021 on October 10, 2021, after the May exam was postponed due to the pandemic. Around 10 lakh candidates register every year for the UPSC Prelims examination.
