New Delhi: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announced results for RBI Assistant 2020 Preliminary Examination today (March 3) on its official website. Candidate who have appeared for the examination can log on to RBI's official website www.rbi.org.in to check their results. The examination to Assistant post comprises three parts: Prelims, Mains and Language Proficiency Test. The prelims examination was conducted on February 15-16.

Those who have cleared the RBI Assistant 2020 Preliminary Examination will have to appear for the Mains Examination. According to the official notification issued by the Central Bank, the Mains examinations will be conducted on March 29, at various locations.

The Central Bank will recruit people on 926 vacancies for the post of Assistants in different offices across the country. Applications for the post of RBI Assistant were invited from December 23, 2019 to January 16, 2020.

Candidates can also download the separate Admission Letters for the Main Examination from RBI's official website. The time of Main Examination and Venue of Examinations will be indicated in the admission letters.

Here's How To Check RBI Assistant Prelims Result 2020:

Step 1: Log on to RBI official website, i.e. www.rbi.org.in

Step 2: Click on the Result Tab

Step 3: On the result page, click on “Result for RBI Assistant Preliminary Examination 2020” link

Step 4: A new page will open. Now, click on the link which reads “Roll Numbers of candidates shortlisted for Mains Exam”

Step 5: After entering your Roll Number, a PDF will appear on screen containing a list students qualified for the Mains Examination

Step 6: Now press “Ctrl+F” and search your Roll No

Step 7: If you have qualified the prelims, your Roll No. will be mentioned in the list

Step 8: Download or save the RBI Assistant Prelims Result for future reference
